ECF variable frequency fan

The full-length glass on the front and sides of the device allows for the inspection of food preparation while isolating customers from cooking smoke and wastewater. The low-height design makes communication between chefs and customers easy. A composite high-efficiency filtration process of no less than 5 stages can effectively remove water vapor, grease and smoke particles released by cooking utensils, while significantly reducing odor emissions. The EC variable frequency fan control system can select three air volume speeds: high, medium and low, which saves energy, reduces operating costs, generates lower noise and enhances the comfort of the working environment. (Optional). The ASL LED cooking light enhances visual comfort while restoring the true colors of food. Made of stainless steel, all welds have been ground and polished to achieve the original smoothness of the metal.
