A ductless internal circulation exhaust hood of the same height as ZDVCF

MORK is dedicated to the niche market of indoor direct exhaust hoods and has become the trusted choice of its customers and partners.

The hood adopts an equal-height design, providing more space for collecting cooking fumes, enhancing the efficiency of fume collection and improving the aesthetic appearance of the product. The ZDVC pipeless internal circulation exhaust hood effectively collects the cooking fumes, particles and odors produced during the cooking process, mainly due to the cooking equipment that captures the oil produced. It can also expand the cooking capacity of existing kitchens or hold catering activities in prime locations without worrying about ventilation issues.

The ZDVF series of direct exhaust hoods are specially designed for electric cooking appliances. It is also applicable to desktop light cooking equipment or modular cooking equipment. It is mainly applied to various kitchen equipment such as induction cookers, fryers and pickles. The MFK (Meike) direct exhaust hood adopts an indoor direct exhaust and internal circulation working mode, reducing the amount of cooking fumes emitted and effectively solving the problem of insufficient cooking fume emissions caused by the limited number of kitchen exhaust Wells in shopping malls. Another advantage of the indoor direct exhaust hood is that it saves the cost of the exhaust project and improves the layout of the kitchen space.

The hood adopts an equal-height design, which increases the volume of the hood's cavity and enhances its ability to collect cooking fumes. At the same time, the equal-height design also improves the appearance and aesthetic appeal of the product.
Characteristics

No need to connect to the exhaust pipe system The CFW fume separator and the HG metal high-efficiency cyclone separator can effectively deal with particles of 5 microns and above with an efficiency of up to 99%. A composite high-efficiency filtration process of no less than 5 stages can effectively remove water vapor, grease and smoke particles released by cooking utensils, while significantly reducing odor emissions. The fan frequency conversion control system can select three available speeds to maintain a constant recirculated airflow, saving energy, reducing operating costs, generating lower noise, and enhancing the comfort of the working environment. (Optional The ASL LED cooking light enhances visual comfort while restoring the true colors of food. The filter maintenance reminder function, energy-saving frequency conversion management, fault prompt, heat recovery management and intelligent cooling management services provided by the LCD display screen are safe and effective. (Optional The hood is equipped with flow channels around it to prevent condensation water from dripping. Made of stainless steel, all welds have been ground and polished to achieve the original smoothness of the metal.
