LRU-H heat energy recovery/cooling device

LRU-H is mainly used in the heat recovery system during the cooking process in commercial kitchens. Thermal energy recovery technology is an effective means that can efficiently utilize energy and reduce energy consumption.

The LRU-K heat recovery closing pipe can be installed in the riser of the hood to recover heat from the exhaust gas flow. In factories, the heat recovery closing pipe is installed behind the metal filter. The warm air in the exhaust gas flow passes through the coil and heats the hot water in the coil, serving as a preheater on the hot water supply pipeline in the restaurant or facility. The coil recovers heat energy, improving the efficiency of water heating and reducing energy costs.
The hot recovery closing tube option can be used for hoods with an automatic cleaning function. The copper tubes have a special electrophoretic coating to prevent high-quality substances from accumulating on the copper tubes. The automatic cleaning function of the hood ensures that the surface of the coil is cleaned daily to ensure proper heat transfer. Each coil is equipped with a manual stop valve for maintenance and repair.
LRU-H adopts the principle of air-water heat recovery and is mainly applied in PST indoor direct exhaust units or PSE high-efficiency fume pollution control units
