MCF-1000-EC-W800 Suitable for cooking environments with light grease fumes

Ideal for low-smoke cooking, this unit features a comprehensive air purification system and is crafted from high-quality stainless steel. It moves effortlessly during cooking, transforming countertop cooking into an odor-free experience. Through digital controls and a reliable multi-layer filtration system (including filters for grease, odors, and pollutants, such as an activated carbon filter), harmful substances are effectively trapped and odors are thoroughly neutralized.
Thanks to a perfectly designed three-sided airflow system, oil- and water-laden fumes generated during cooking are removed at the source by a metal grease separator. Odors are adsorbed by the activated carbon filter.
The digital control system offers a variety of practical functions, with the control panel displaying reminders for filter replacement and three-speed fan adjustment. LED indicators display the operational status for lighting, power on/off, and purification.
Modular design allows for customization according to specific needs.

Characteristics

Three-sided stainless steel finish, rust-resistant, hygienic, and brushed; securely welded. Equipped with LED lighting on top. Deodorizing and sterilizing functions. Equipped with four swivel casters and caster locks to ensure safe movement. The filter, fan, collection unit, and maintenance door gaskets can be removed without tools. The metal grease separator and grease collection tray are dishwasher-safe.

Some of the odors are carried by oil particles, water vapor and smoke. They were completely removed by the previous filtering step. The remaining odors, especially VOCs, can be effectively removed through the combination of activated carbon and chemical particles. The first method removes gas through adsorption. The second type significantly reduces odors through adsorption, absorption and chemical reactions

It can still maintain the lighting level after 60,000 hours of use. Borderless design, easy to clean, reduces joints and corners. It can be embedded and installed on the exhaust chamber.
