This mobile cooking station, featuring three-sided guardrails and a comprehensive air purification system, is crafted from high-quality stainless steel. It offers exceptional flexibility and mobility during cooking, transforming demonstration cooking into an engaging experience. The unit is equipped with LED lighting, and its recessed work surface allows for flexible placement of various cooking modules. Through a digitally controlled multi-stage filtration system—including a grease filter, electrostatic filter, activated carbon deodorizer, and plasma deodorizer—a HEPA filter can also be optionally added if necessary. Harmful substances in cooking fumes are effectively adsorbed, and odors are neutralized and degraded.
Thanks to a perfectly designed three-sided airflow system, oil- and water-laden fumes generated during cooking are removed at the source by a metal grease separator. Odors are adsorbed by an activated carbon filter. The filtration stage can be expanded with additional components, including plasma deodorizers, electrostatic filters, and HEPA filters.
The digital control system offers a variety of practical functions. The control panel displays reminders for replacing various filters and features three-speed fan adjustment. LED indicators display the operational status for lighting, power on/off, and purification.
