ZDVEB Mobile indoor direct exhaust hood with fence for Western kitchens
MORK is dedicated to the niche market of indoor direct exhaust hoods and has become the trusted choice of its customers and partners.
ZDVEB is a direct exhaust hood that can be used to set up cooking platforms anytime and anywhere. It can be used to create display cooking centers in restaurants, airports, cruise ships, shopping malls, food courts, and banquet or breakfast areas of hotels. It can also be used to place mobile dining points at the required locations within the venue, such as exhibition areas. It can also expand the cooking capacity of existing kitchens or hold catering activities in prime locations without worrying about ventilation issues.
The ZDV series of direct exhaust hoods are specially designed for electric cooking appliances and are suitable for most cooking stoves. They are equipped with a fenced oil fume collection device to prevent oil fumes from overflowing. The device comes with wheels for easy movement. The fan frequency conversion control system can select three available speeds to maintain a constant recirculated airflow, saving energy, reducing operating costs, generating lower noise, and enhancing the comfort of the working environment. (Optional
ZDVEB integrates an efficient fume solution based on a fume purification process of no less than five steps. It aims to thoroughly remove the grease and smoke particles released by cooking utensils while significantly reducing odor emissions. The purified air can be discharged into the dining area or kitchen without being connected to the ventilation duct.
Characteristics
The HG mechanical metal cyclone aerosol separator can effectively remove large and medium-sized particles and can be cleaned in a dishwasher
The CFW fume separator with an invention patent can effectively deal with particles of 5 microns and above with an efficiency as high as 99%. (Optional
The grade of the disposable pre-filter is M grade.
ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) can operate with high efficiency. ESP induces static charges on the particles passing through it and then collects them on the collection plate that generates a magnetic field. ESP is highly effective against fine particles, including grease particles and steam, and can be reused after cleaning. (Optional
F-class medium-efficiency filters effectively collect cooking oil fume particles.
High-efficiency H-class filter, with a rated DOP of 95% for 0.3-micron aerosol. It is used to remove ultrafine particles mainly present in smoke.
Some of the odors are carried by oil particles, water vapor and smoke. They were completely removed by the previous filtering step. The remaining odors, especially VOCs, can be effectively removed through the combination of activated carbon and chemical particles. First, the gas is removed through adsorption. Then, the odor is significantly reduced through adsorption, absorption and chemical reactions.
