The MFK (Meike) ZDVSO series direct exhaust hood is specially designed for electric universal steam ovens and offers a variety of application solutions, whether for single-layer or double-layer universal steam ovens. It also develops solutions based on the number of trays and power of the universal steam oven To meet the needs of customers.

The ZDVSO universal steam oven dedicated direct exhaust hood integrates an efficient oil fume solution. This solution is based on a composite oil fume purification process, aiming to thoroughly remove the grease and smoke particles released by the universal steam oven while reducing odor emissions. The purified air can be discharged into the dining area or kitchen without being connected to the ventilation duct.
Characteristics
