ZDVSO-A (Single-Tier) Universal Steam Oven Dedicated Indoor Direct-Exhaust Hood

The MORK-ZDVS0 series direct-exhaust hood is specifically engineered for electric multi-function steam ovens, offering a variety of application solutions for both single-tier and double-tier models. Additionally, we develop tailored solutions based on the number of trays and power rating of the multi-function steam oven to meet customer needs.
The ZDVS0 direct-vent hood for combi ovens integrates a highly efficient grease and smoke solution based on a composite purification process. It is designed to thoroughly remove grease and smoke particles emitted by the combi oven while minimizing odor emissions. The purified air can be discharged into the dining area or kitchen without the need for connection to a ventilation duct.
