The New MORK 2026 Commercial Indoor Direct-Exhaust Hood Is Now Available

Release Date:2026/03/14

The MORK 2026 Indoor Direct-Exhaust Hood features a cutting-edge design and incorporates a ductless recirculating hood with a two-stage electrostatic filtration module. With an electrostatic filtration area 45% larger than traditional models, it effectively addresses the challenge of grease fume pollution from high-power cooking equipment. It is ideal for high-power, heavy-fume cooking appliances, such as griddles and high-wattage induction cooktops. Even during the nearly six-hour daily peak operating hours in restaurant kitchens, there is no need to worry about customer complaints regarding smoke pollution or odors disturbing the neighborhood, making it an excellent solution for shopping mall property managers to address exhaust emission issues.

The ventilation system features a multi-channel design. This design increases the fan’s total pressure by 25%, resulting in stronger suction. Another advantage is that large particles of grease or water vapor are flung against the inner wall of the hood by the fan’s centrifugal force, while droplets flow into the grease collection tray due to gravity, preventing large grease particles from contaminating the downstream purification module.

Equipped with the BRETON UV-C sterilization and deodorization system to ensure air quality, the unit features a rear-mounted activated carbon deodorization module containing 3–5 times the amount of activated carbon found in standard models. This amount of activated carbon helps minimize the spread of odors. As is well known, grease fumes and odors from indoor direct-vent hoods are notoriously difficult environmental pollution problems. MORK’s activated carbon deodorization system for indoor direct-vent hoods employs a decentralized low-speed design, addressing grease fumes and odors by reducing outlet air velocity and increasing the activated carbon purification area, thereby ensuring effective purification.

MORK Product Features:

→ No need to connect to an exhaust duct system
